Photo Gallery

I have always loved photography. Though I am not formally trained as a professional photographer, it is a passionate hobby I have kept up with since my youth when I was in 4-H winning little ribbons for my photography projects at the county fair. My first camera was purchased for a song at a garage sale in the late 80’s; a little film camara complete with a baggie of flash cubes. I loved it. To this day I keep my photography just as simple as that first camera was. Cameras today have gotten much bigger and fancier in the photography world since my grade school days, but even so, I still have only one mediocre camera body and one lowly lens that I have been using for years. I don’t have any fancy lighting or filters or attachments. With simplicity in my shooting and editing style, focusing on natural backgrounds, I hope my photos express clearly to you how I see the world. Currently I dabble in nature, wedding, baptismal, liturgical, senior, and birth photography. A small selection of my work is in the gallery below.
